In addition to uploading from Picasa, Mac users have several options for uploading photos or videos to Picasa Web Albums:
- The Picasa Web Albums iPhoto Exporter: Use this iPhoto plug-in to upload your photos directly from iPhoto. If you have iPhoto '08+, you can also upload your videos. Learn how to use the iPhoto Exporter.
- The Picasa Web Albums Mac Uploader: This standalone application allows you to upload all photos and videos on your Mac OS hard drive (not just iPhotos) to Picasa Web Albums. If you don't use iPhoto, or want a few more features, this one's for you. You can add captions before you upload and also download entire albums from Picasa Web Albums. To download our Mac Uploaders, please visit http://picasa.google.com/web/mac_tools.html and click 'Download Now.' The download and installer package includes both the iPhoto Exporter and the Mac Uploader. It's important to note that the iPhoto application must be located in the /Applications folder during installation of the iPhoto Exporter.
