In order for name tags to be uploaded with your photos from Picasa to Picasa Web Albums, you need to take the following steps:
- Turn on name tags in Picasa Web Albums.
- Make sure your Picasa settings allow name tags to be included with photo uploads.
- In Picasa, click Tools > Options (PC) or Picasa > Preferences (Mac).
- Select the Web Albums tab.
- In the 'Name tags' section, toggle the box next to 'Include with photo uploads.'
- Click OK.
